HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We use some of the most reputed courier companies in India. We notify our customers via shipment confirmation email when the order is dispatched. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

UPS Tracking Terms:

· Manifest pick-up: This means your order is ready to be shipped and waiting for UPS to pick it up from our warehouse.

· Pick-up scan: This means it has left our facility and is on its way to you now.

· In transit: Your order is on the move.

· Out for delivery: Your item is really close, as in ‘on its way to your home this very moment.’

· Exception: This unlikely scenario means that UPS has run into very bad weather and is rerouting your order.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our manufacturing factory or warehouse located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Q. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

A. Yes, with prepaid courier charges.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 3-8 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, Shipping is FREE all pre-paid orders while Cash on Delivery has shipping charges of ₹50- ₹100.

Q. Do you provide refund or return in case i face any issue with the product?

A. Yes, In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken / missing items) due to transit, a refund / exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy. An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product, has to be made.

A. It will take usually between 1-2 business days.
